My new baby!

We are so happy to welcome the newest member of our family....our brand new 2012 Cadillac Escalade!  This is our fourth Escalade which means we LOVE this car!  New car, new house....wow!

Memorial Day 2012

We enjoyed spending the day with our family remembering Grandma and Grandpa Thatcher.  Grandma Corpuz gave us all a history lesson on some of our distant relatives which was awesome! After visiting the graves and reminiscing, we all went to the park for a picnic and fun.  It was a beautiful day!  We missed you Ashley....you had to work :(

Mother's Day Adventure!

I woke up, walked downstairs and SURPRISE! All of my beautiful children were there and so was my grand puppy, Bird!  I was sooooo happy!  The kids planned my whole day and it was absolutely lovely!  Just our family...amazing! These pictures are out of order because I can't figure out to put them in the correct order...oh well!

My delicious breakfast!  I was told that I was going to need some energy today...it was delicious and so my style. Carbs all the way!

We indulged in a delicious dinner at Macaroni Grill.  Aren't they gorgeous and I'm convinced I'm the luckiest mom in the whole entire world!!!!

After my fun adventure afternoon, Dave swept me away to the mall where he surprised me with a new Mac laptop!  Seriously?  Could I be more spoiled?  Actually this day is proof that I am loved.....!  

Happy Birthday to me!

This year was the birthday full of surprises!!!  Turning 47 wasn't too painful thanks to the thoughtfulness of family and friends...especially my husband!  He always outdoes himself making my day extra special!

My mom and sisters took me out for my traditional birthday dinner at Corner Bakery....yum!

Lisa Linton just told me to show up at her house at 8:30 on the morning of my birthday and....SURPRISE!  A beautiful birthday breakfast with some amazing neighborhood friends!  Thank you sista!

SURPRISE!  Dave totally got me this year.  He acted like nothing happening, almost like he forgot my birthday.  He flew into town in the afternoon and I was feeling kind of sad because he normally goes above and beyond for my birthday.  He made it look like Aspen and Atallia last minute threw together an activity for me.  They told me to wear a dress for their activity and gave me 5 minutes to get ready!  I thought, hmmmm....I'll just casually put my hair back and throw on a dress.   I really could have used some more time to get ready! Anyway, we got in the car and headed toward Salt Lake.  I didn't think too much of anything because Dave was acting like he was lost and didn't know where he was going.  We ended up going to my favorite Italian Restaurant Cucina Toscana.  I thought to myself "he didn't have time to make a reservation, so maybe we will get lucky and be able to walk in but on a Friday night, it didn't seem like a possibility."  So....we walk in and the hostess says to follow her.  We follow her all the way to the back of the restaurant and lo and behold....we walk in to the private room and there are all of my favorite people in the world!  What the heck?  He got me goooooood!  I already knew Angelina was booked until June, Lisa Linton had just thrown me a surprise party that morning, Elise was out of town, Ashley had to work, Dillon had tests...Oh my gosh!  They were all there (except for Elise was really out of town but at least Kelly came!)  Anyway, Dave ordered the most amazing food (and lots of it!) and hosted quite the event!  Everyone in that room had some pretty amazing things to say about me and I was completely overwhelmed with emotion and felt so special.  Thanks babe, you got me good.  What an amazing night!

After Coachella, I stayed in LA with Dave.  While he worked, I shopped at The Grove and The Beverly Center, drove around, went to the movies, ate fantastic mealsand just had a great time!  I was able to go watch an American Idol taping and meet Jennifer Lopez since Dave is working with her on her tour...that was awesome!  Then, we drove to Palm Springs for Stagecoach which is my favorite!  Dave and I had an amazing time together since we have been apart quite a bit lately due to his crazy work schedule.  

We spent a ton of time together AND with Randy!  It's always a party with these two!

I had an amazing lunch at the Grove.  I had to post this because it was so delicious!

This is me and Angelo....my new BFF!  He belongs to Benny Medina who is JLo's manager.  Oh my goodness, he is adorable!  Love, Love!
